    Capital Punishment is wrong because of the chances of an innocent man getting executed. Likewise, Capital Punishment is a murderer for family members alike. Capital Punishment is also ignoring the ten commandments and the voice of our Bishop. Similar to this, A Stranger Is Watching has a connection about Capital Punishment

    Capital Punishment is not the way to solve problems to deal with people who have the wrong. In some cases, in the novel, Sharon Martin was against capital punishment.    Using Capital Punishment feels like another way for an act of terrorism upon the people. Many people believe that Capital Punishment is not reinforcing to the people who have done the wrong but making us into killers.

    Sometimes in court, there are chances of error and there aren’t enough evidence to show that the convicted is not really the bad guy but the court chose to “rid’ the bad person. We should gain more evidence to and use more clues to find more information such as using finger prints. It is really hard to tell if you are talking to the right person to convict. We must find more evidence before we start killing innocent people and letting the bad go free and unpunished. In addition from the evidence of the novel, the stranger is watching, Ron Thompson was convicted and sentenced to Capital Punishment because Neil. He was the boy who lost his mother from a murder and thought it was Ron. The court for the decision of Ron Thompson came to an conclusion that he killed Nina Peterson. If there would be more of a story to add of this murder,without thinking the court instead relied on Neil's imformation. If the New York Police Department were to get finger prints on Nina’s neck, then maybe the court doesn’t need to put an innocent man behind bars and take his time away from society. Further more from other sources of the Stanford Law Review Documents , Many convicted murderers are later found innocent, and have been pardoned. You can’t pardon the corpse. In the Stanford Law Review Documents, it says that at least 350 people were sentence to death between the year 1900 and 1985 in America. The court of Stanford also found out that about 139 people were innocent during the execution. This would be the beginning of a downfall for Capital Punishment.

    Likewise, Capital Punishment feels like it is against the ten commandments and ignoring the voice of the Bishop. Many of the Catholic people  knows the ten commandments however, Capital Punishment is taking us away from God and we are breaking one of God’s commandments, number six. Number six says not to kill, killing people makes their souls got to hell, some Christians believe. Although there no reference about God in the novel, in the beginning of the court, they swear in the holy bible that they tell the truth for God sees everything. Many innocent victims who were convicted always had faith that say in their minds “only God knows what happened” quote said by Lee. Moreover of the novel, Our Bishop says that the Human is intrinsic and was made by our God. A death penalty denies the sacredness of the human life and killing prisoners. This is also doing is rejecting Gods gift of the human life.

    Capital Punishment makes the family pay for losing a family member, when someone dies because of the death penalty, it doesn’t just affects the person who dies, it also affects the family members and friends who knew the person who just got executed. In addition from the novel, Ron Thompson was convicted to capital punishment. I t did not just affect him about having a death penalty. It also affected Ron Thompson’s mom Mrs. Thompson and Sharon Martin, who fought for him in court. Mrs. Thompson was worried about Ron and she know that he couldn’t be the one who killed Nina. Similarly, People from the family lost a family member had no choice but just to let it happen. killing ones family member from capital punishment gives them hell and torture for their family name. Many family members of the United States says that instead of killing one person in capital punishment, it kills the whole family their innocents.Steven Truscott was wrongly convicted said the house of commons in Canada, CBC news. The Truscott family was saddened by this act and protested against Capital Punishment.

    In conclusion, Capital Punishment is the accordingly way to get rid of criminals whom have done the wrong. Using Capital Punishment is sending us back to the dark ages and sometimes we kill the wrong person. Capital Punishment is the cost of loss our family members and making us have to suffer from that event. Before we can execute people, we must find more stories to add and find more evidence or else we might let the real murderer go free.

         What my poster is showing are some religions around the world and becoming together as one under the dove with all the nations flag in it (most of it).My poster also has four religions Buddhism, Christians, Yin Yang and, Judaism. The reasons I put some of the religions of the world is because I think that when you see different religions around the world on one poster, you say “hey, we are all together in this world as one”.  What I think what my poster itself represents is that even though we are separated, we are all human and we are all the same being. the reason why I think that my poster should be selected for the festival is because it was the religions (some of it) of the world and there is a dove that has many flags of the world and the dove is giving them peace for the people of different cultures.

 My picture similar to the Okami picture (On the right) because I got my inspiration from that. So to make my picture similar, I got my paint brush icon, put it to leaf mode and, made a flow.  I made the colours flow differently when the flow got bigger.then I used my paint brush again to make black lines. to the starting of the flow. That became my focal when all the black lines came together. the result was vary nice and I decided to call it " The Raging Dragon". I think that name suits it well because I feel like the flow of leafs looks like the scale of the dragon. The focal point looks like a portal where the dragon is coming out.

Overlay Work

In my picture, I have took a picture of myself in class and cropped it so my picture will be focusing on my head.Next I went to a website called "King Texture" and download some kind of rope texture and put it in my face. it was covering my face so, I went to opacity and made it 50% so you could see a little bit of my face. I deleted my background and put a jungle because I look like I belong to the jungle (in my picture of course...).
 I stared at myself (the picture) and thought it is strange that I have school clothe on in the jungle so, I made my shirt a new layer and painted it black. The result was nice because was working together.
